Virtual Reality for Senior Citizens & disabled

We go into assisted living facilities, & homes of our donors. Looking for a way to spend 1-3 hours with our senior citizens. Just being a friend.

Bachelorette

Looking for ladies (this time) only. Single women of all race, size & orientation. Willing to step  out of our normal comfort zone.

Grant Writer

Some grants are very difficult, technical & long. These are done by experienced, seasoned research & development Professionals. These grants can usually be rewarded up to & some even greater than million dollar grants.

Some are just 10-20 minutes of on-line questions. Some companies are simple as writing a lovely letter about how our foundation operates & send a few forms of documentation.

Some companies only accept letters of “Grant Requests” in writing to corporate headquarters. These are for a lot local companies & usually good for as much as $25,000.00 Grants.

Easier grants are like writing a beautiful love letter between two Companies, combining how much we can do for each other, how much we adore each others commitments & beautiful experiences will come from our continual commitment to each other.

This position can be done from where ever your resources are most available to you, on you own time

Team Leaders

We are looking for younger volunteers to be the active members of the teams that go into senior centers & assisted living facilities. However, we are looking for -1- individual to be able to coordinate the entire team. A team should consist of 2-8 individuals who can share the commitments of -2- volunteers a night, -2- hours a night, -1- night each week.

Promoter

I am looking for individuals who are as creative as I am.

I want people who can create something out of nothing.

I would like to know what excites you, from there we can develop a plan of action that is FUN  for you. If you enjoy what you do for a living, you’ll never work a day in your life.

Events Fundraising Coordinator

Description: Will be responsible for fundraising and planning events. Candidate will build relationships with donors to engage them. Must be a self-starter with a professional and positive attitude. The position description is a guide to the duties and essential functions of the job, but not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities:

  • Responsible for internal events; including sponsorships, logistics and promotion. Attend events as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule external events; including promotion and maintain contact prior to and after event. Attend events as needed.
  • Research and seek new event and fundraising opportunities, appearances and campaigns.
  • Search for and submit grant requests; maintain on-going grant list.
  • Recruit corporate sponsors and partners while maintaining ongoing relationships with current partners and donors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Attending college, desire to make a difference in our society, non-profit fundraising, project planning, coordination and management driven.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, show initiative, work independently, and effectively problem solve.
Communications Coordinator, Social Media

Description: Will be responsible for communications, public relations and marketing development. Must be a self-starter with a professional and positive attitude. The position description is a guide to the duties and essential functions of the job, but not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities:

  • Create overall content for website: including articles, calendar, pictures, time & place.
  • Coordinate to upload content and content changes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for media and maintain media contact list.
  • Maintain all social media sites.
  • Spread awareness and promote through media/press releases, monthly emails and fundraising campaigns, including two annual mailers.
  • Create and update promotional materials, brochures, PSAs, press releases, media kits and branding throughout the year.
  • Proof read and edit all promotional materials to include newsletters, articles, fliers, etc. prior to release.
  • Create Bucket List Ambassador Program to help promote site.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Experience with marketing, social media and graphic design a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, show initiative, work independently or as a team player, and effectively problem solve.

State Fair type events & promote our charity to “1 family” at a time.

Responsibilities include research venues, find relevant events, inquire about “vender space” opportunities. Large venues direct you to each individual sponsor of local events. Solicit sponsorship from local businesses in the community. Attend the “Event” to promote subscription donations.

High School Students

I am looking for individuals who can create an entire event from the creation of anyone’s mind. I have seen some young individuals come up with so

Customer Service / Sales

We are currently looking for volunteers to attend local events in their community as vendors.

We feel a very marketable way to sell subscriptions is to happy families. Walking around me very creative ways to solicit donations.

All this requires is your knowledge of of our foundation & an outgoing personality, find adults to promote our charity to. Adults have a very soft spot in there hearts for this “go-getter” individual. Anytime you can talk to an individual for one minute, you can tell if their interested. Spend five minutes with a this individual to promote the charity & answer questions.

This can be accomplished while on the line at almost any store or any socializing event.

We have a basic word press site. We are finally happy with our site, as we grow we need someone interested in Helping us grow & grow with us. Must know basic code writing.

Social Media Promoter

Position Description:

Hours: 1-5 hours/week, majority of work can be performed at home on your own schedule..

This position is responsible for supporting the company’s overall brand awareness and digital strategic plan by implementing:

  • Internet and grassroots marketing techniques to increase online web presence and placement on web searches.
  • Community engagement & event coverage
  • Leverage blogging, SEO, and social networks to strengthen relationships existing digital fan base and increase the number of impressions.
  • Content calendar creation and management
  • Work with CSE personnel to implement social media strategy and policy
  • Commit to at least as a social media volunteer to take pictures & update all social media
  • Research and report to CSE marketing manager on digital marketing/social media/innovation/technology trends in non-profit industry
  • Other social media marketing activities as assigned

Position Qualifications:

  • Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. Marketing/Communications, Non-Profit Management, Event Planning, Public Relations, or relevant major)
  • Solid understanding of the internet and social media marketing best practices
  • Must be an effective communicator, both written and oral and be able to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Individual laptop or tablet device
